EMPOWERED WELLBEING - 8 Weeks Hatha Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Series

Join us for 8 weeks of tradition Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation to empower your wellbeing on all levels.

Each week we will work through practices that fuel your Pranic Body - that part of your being which strengthens and supports your physical health, the balance of your nervous system, and your ability to overcome obstacles and continue to evolve into the most creative, balanced and joyous you!

Each session will include Asana (posture), Pranayama (yogic breath-work) and Meditation or Yoga Nidra.

There will also be a short talk on an aspect of yoga that supports you and a takeaway resource practice that you can continue to draw on in your daily life.
