Thank You & See You Soon as Golden Soul Evolves

Wow - what a challenging, yet in many ways - fulfilling two years we chose to step into a dedicated studio space in the heart of our Norwalk Community!

We weathered the intense periods of uncertainty and isolation as COVID19 showed itself in the world. We moved from classes in our beautiful Ashram Garden, to the Golden Soul Yoga & Meditation Studio just down the road, then online when there were ‘Stay at Home’ orders, then back into in-person with strict social distancing, and finally back into this current more relaxed phase of relative comfort. And in spite of all the challenges, both with the studio and in many of our own family and work situations as a community - we endured, grew and continued to do and love our Yoga.

It is often said that the one thing we can rely on is change, and hopefully in the sense of personal growth and spiritual expansion we can say that we can also rely on evolution. This is what is occurring at Golden Soul. Supported by our spiritual foundation at Yogini Ashram, we are now transitioning into a retreat space in the open land and skies in hills of Yucca Valley, near Joshua Tree.

Just a little over 2 hours out of Greater Los Angeles, the new Ashram Retreat Center will be a place where folks can come and really immerse in Yoga, Meditation & Nature. We are currently working hard of Stage 1. Converting the beautiful Mid Century cottage into a teaching space and adding air-conditioned sleeping huts for people to stay in.

The last class at the Norwalk Golden Soul Studio space will be on Saturday August 28th.

I will continue to Soul Stream classes on Zoom in 6 weekly themed blocks, that you will all be invited to register for once we leave the current studio space. I will also plan to host some small group Day Retreats at Yogini Ashram in Norwalk, once the weather cools down a little.
